Would you be able to knit my chest hairs into an interesting pattern?
Yes, but they would have to be removed from your chest first. Individual plucking would be the best way to ensure optimum length, none of that wimpy, girly shaving or waxing. Plus even your gorilla chest might not contain enough for a reasonable knit, so you'd have to let all the hair grow back, and then pluck it again. Several times.
